Complete trailer service for my snowmobile trailer. New Lugnuts, repack the bearings, rewired the electrical connection. New tires, and rims. Etc. owner is AWESOME. Honest service a good prices. Highly recommend. They thought of stuff to do to my trailer to make it better that I didn’t even know about
Trailer hitch installation. While checking out, no one mentioned the obvious scratches on the new receiver hitch. I brought it to B’s attention. Upon seeing the scratches for himself, he immediately blamed “shipping damage”. He offered to touch up the scratches. I asked for a discount. None given. I think it’s shoddy to not notice scratches, to not mention them to the customer, and irresponsible to blame the quality of the product on someone else.
