This office is a joke. The front office ladies are rude and uninformative. they do not answer the phone and have the doors locked at all times during regular business hours. Once you become a client and they get your money they no longer remain in contact with you except for billing. It is near impossible to get a meeting with anybody. There is nobody to answer questions or to walk you through the process, they will drag out a case then not answer phone calls emails or return messages.
