Had a closing August 28th of last year 2024. Communication was under par, and found the professionalism lacking. As the closing was quick and fast, it always isn’t a good thing. Clients should be walked through carefully when signing legal documents. Moving forward, we have had issue with the purchase of said property from day one. We reached out to the closing attorney and staff multiple times. To no avail, no one would call us back. It’s now June 2025.
