Had a closing August 28th of last year 2024. Communication was under par, and found the professionalism lacking. As the closing was quick and fast, it always isn’t a good thing. Clients should be walked through carefully when signing legal documents. Moving forward, we have had issue with the purchase of said property from day one. We reached out to the closing attorney and staff multiple times. To no avail, no one would call us back. It’s now June 2025. 2nd time doing a closing here. Very fast and efficient and friendly
BEWARE****** These guys will add in stipulations to your contract that you will never know about until you sit down for closing. Stipulations that are not in your favor and agianst your interests. If you disagree and cancel they will keep your earnest money. These guys are less than professional. If there was a zero or negative start that what I would have selected. ******STAY FAR AWAY******
