Just drove from chandler to glendale only to find the front door locked. When I went to a side door I was met by a lady who just told me this was not an entrance. When I asked about the main entrance I was told they were closed for lunch. This was 11:45am she said they wouldn't be open until 12:30. No where on the web site or Google do thier hours say anything about lunch hours. After reading the reviews and seeing the office staff issues ill be going to scottsdale.
TWICE the Glendale office canceled my follow up after eye surgery. I am VERY unhappy. It's unacceptable they expect me to drive an extra hour to Scottsdale because no one is going to be in Glendale and don't care I an unable due to time constraints. Once maybe but this has happened twice now. Terrible time management and customer service. NOT happy. UPDATE As of 9 pm Friday night the office HAS NOT reached out to me as their reply said. Our family moved to Schwartz after being at the same vision care for many years and change of ownership. We love Dr Bloomenstein. He found something in my eyes that had never been noted before and helped to ensure I got answers quickly. In addition, he is just a great guy. Very good with older kids and adults. Can’t say enough good things about him. In addition, optical is always so helpful - Michelle is our go-to and she is always so amazing to our family.
Pretty fed up with this place. I’ve gone here for about 20 years now and the last 3 years has gone down the drain. I usually spend days or weeks trying to get ahold of them. I text, call, leave voicemail messages to end up hearing nothing back. This has happened multiple times now. My mom and uncle even let me know they’re having the same issues. I am done. Save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere that actually has people work and answer the phone!
The people are very nice, but they can't manage time or appointments to save their lives. My eye exam took 2 hours while waiting for the Dr. I went in to have my eye looked at another time and they were 40 minutes late in getting to me & said that they only had 2 drs working. I just went today and was told that they're really backup with several appointments in front of me even though I was on time for my appointment "sorry, we only have 2 drs on Thursdays".
