I would not recommend Dr. Hyatt as a surgeon to patients with dental anxiety, PTSD, or a history of medical or dental trauma. Before my appointment, I disclosed that I have significant dental anxiety and a history of traumatic dental experiences. The front desk staff were courteous, accommodating, and appeared to understand my concerns. Their responsiveness gave me hope that this would be a supportive, trauma-informed environment. I went to Dr. Schwartz for a consultation My appointment was at 1:30. I did not get seen until 2:45. It feels like a factory I would not recommend this office
Office suite at Owings Mills lacks a touch plate door opening mechanism for people in walkers and wheelchairs. Exam rooms might or might not accommodate wheelchairs. Building entry door has touch plate access but it is in the rear of the building with no sign announcing that at the main entrance. If you use a mobility device better call ahead.
From the moment I walked in, I felt extremely cared for by the whole staff. Dr. Hyatt is excellent and even called to check in on me after the surgery which meant a lot to me. I also could not forget how Emmett took great care of me immediately post-op. Thank you very much 💗
Dr. Hyatt and all of the staff at the office took great care of my husband when he had to get a tooth removed. The sedation was very helpful and the staff closely monitored him as the sedation wore off. Recovery went very smoothly and pain was well managed.
