Since Schwartzs is closed (per the reply to the last review - even though there is still an active LLC under Schwartzs HVAC), *** post this in the correct spot. Very unprofessional, hard to get ahold of, and extremely difficult to work with.When work was done on my house, they apparently didnt pull permits to do the work which is quite concerning because this means it also wasnt inspected for any sort of safety issues. This family is a bunch of crooks! They are incompetent and have no business doing any work in peoples home. I have had nothing but problems with them since day one. I have an air conditioning unit they installed that wouldn't cool my house below 76 degrees. When I confronted them about this they told me I need a bigger unit which I forked over another $600 for a 3 ton unit. They hooked this unit up outside and said they would come back in the spring to get it running. After calling them for a week with no answer I finally ca... read more

I have been dealing with Schwartz Heating & Cooling for a few years now and they are the best. Alway when I have had an issue they have been there promptly to take care of the situation. Just recently my high efficiency furnace was leaking water, I contacted Schwartz HVAC and Marla answered the phone, very great customer service and for as early as I called she was very polite, I told her what was wrong and they were over in an hour to address the situation.
