Schwartz Family Restaurant has the friendliest family and the food is wonderful. It is cafeteria style serving and the waitress's are the greatest ladies. The food was very tasty with a nice selection. I like it that you can get all you can eat or you can just choose a meat and two sides with a bread. There are also pies, a salad bar and hand dipped ice cream.
My husband and I came down and stayed with the 4 Seasons cabins and we ended up eating most of our meals with the Schwartz Family Restaurant. There food and service is amazing. We had not one thing bad to say about anything while dining here. If you are considering eating here you have got to try the sugar cream pie. We bought a whole pie to bring home and share with our kids. The waitresses are super nice and eager to help at all times. The food is all home made. Good food but not very friendly. Loved the Chess pie.
We were in town for my daughters 7th birthday this weekend and thought we would check this place out. We just happened to go when the music festival was happening and we had a blast! My daughter said that it was one of her best birthday presents!
