Can’t even find simple paperwork.
Have used Dr Schwartz a few times with very satisfactory results. My last problem was not the best I've ever had from his office. I need a medication by the name of synvisc, the insurance will only cover it if the Dr fills out what I can only imagine is a more than necessarily long bit of paperwork. After going back and forth with the doctors office and the insurance company, what it actually came down to was Dr Schwartz was unwilling to fill out the paperwork for me to recieve the injections to put off having surgery.
