It's been 27 years. I am trying to get updated medical history for myself for Social Security Disability. They require I go way back to my time of depression in 1991, and my hospital stay there. Dr. David Shwartz was my Doctor at the Carlyle center. I was not in the addiction ward. I was in the Psychiatric ward. He never had me going to NA or AA meetings and Such.
