We did a remodel and had problems with an HVAC business installing a mini split and he stepped up to take care of a permit for free. I’ve been in the commercial real estate business for over 30 years and I found an honest contractor with Aaron.
Schwarder construction did a great job on installing new windows on our remodel. They were professional and made our home look so much better.
Aaron and his crew completed a project on our cabin in Munds Park during Q4’24. Aaron was quick to respond and put together a detailed quote of based on what we needed completed. Our project involved working with several subs, including extensive electrical work and windows. There’s a lot of long lead-times for some of these trades but Aaron was able to get the work prioritized and completed timely. My husband and I felt we had the best team working on our master barh remodel project. They did a fantastic job and we're so easy and pleasant to work with.
