Loved this company. Been a customer for 5 + years. Always placed my order online. My last order hasn't been delivered yet. That was 4 weeks ago. I've called about it. Only get told. We will look into it. Not ok.
You better hope you never need customer service. I was on hold for an hour and a half, and still no one answered the call.
I received an email this morning that I had until 11:00 PM to order for tomorrow's delivery. I went on at 2:55 PM to order, and noticed after my order went through, that the delivery date for my order showed 12/6/18 instead. I called and they said I missed my deadline. They put the blame on me, but I assured her that I was looking at my email and it stated my deadline was 11 PM. See attachment. Very unorganized and disappointed with the service.
