Very frustrated and disappointed with this company. I haven't used them for years and decided to start using them again, they dropped the ball on my delivery two days in a row and when I called to see what the issue was I barely even got an apology. I was told the delivery was never rescheduled, when I told them I was disappointed and wanted to cancel my order unless they can explain to me what the issue was. I'm a care giver and my lady ordered . They gave us a date to deliver, never came. I called they said it was out for delivery. I got an email that they would be delivering it till the 24th. And very rude people answering their phones.

I am a ary custum my driver neave stopped he just drove ride by my house and didn't stop to give me my food I call them and the guy on the phone told me the drive will come back between 5 8 PM I had surgery today my helper came in if only I didn't know about getting my food today from schwans i could of sent her to the store.
