Made the mistake of giving them my total payment check (for installing new roof) before they came back to fix a minor issue that the owner said would be no problem to do. No one came the next day to fix it. I followed up several times only to have the owner laugh in my face (over phone/email). They never fixed this minor cosmetic issue. Great experience with this company! I had them fix a problem I had with another roofer and they did a great job! The workers were courteous and cleaned up well (much better than the previous roofer) and they fixed the leaking issues caused by the shotty work performed by the previous roofer. I was very happy with the experience I had with this company!
