The dealership is the best and really does provide full service during and after the sale. The shop staff are great. They do everything they can to accommodate the customer after the sale. I always look at the shop area of a dealership prior to the sale. The Schwan Cadillac shop area is always clean, and fluids such as grease, oil, anti freeze, etc, are quickly cleaned up.
