Excellent customer services. Adams always aims to please.. Great prices and quality meats.
Adam is a great guy and has quality meat! Bought some burgers from here and they were awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable about all the cuts, so any questions and he's glad to assist! You will be surprised by the prices too, amazing for fresh made to order cuts! I'll never shop the regular grocery again!
Have been buying Schwaller’s flat iron steaks and his 1/3 lb. burgers for a while and they are amazing. And, today, because it was a beautiful fall day, called and ordered some freshly cut to order ribeyes to put on the grill! OMG…by far the best we have had! Adam is amazing and so are his meats! ❤️

Adam runs a fantastic shop! He's got some pre-made frozen meals, and all of the meat we've gotten from him has been nothing short of top notch! He's always willing to help out customers to get them exactly what they need. Very knowledgeable, very professional! We only go to Schwaller for our meats!
