Moved out of a run down shack of yours several months ago, where I lived to help out a friend who needed a roommate. I never did any damage to the house and no one ever came to inspect it when I move in like we were told. I asked to have my deposit refund sent to my place of work when I paid my last month's rent and have never received it.

Went to look at a 2 bedroom having 2 kids and 2 adults and he told us he would have to pass being that was too many people and didn’t even let us take a look. Secretaries there are very helpful and sweet henry himself not so much.

I rented from them for a year. The day before my lease was over I got super sick and was in the hospital, I explained that to them and they were completely understanding. They let me stay a couple more days and let me finish instead of down my throat asking me to turn in my keys. great people and friendly staff!!!

Dealed with the owner, Henry Schwaller "IV", personally in my rental process. Unprofessional man, very poor service, condescending is how I'd summarize his character. Apartments were in poor condition, and reading from previous reviews, based on their standard of how the apartments should look once a tenant leaves, they should never be this dirty. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else like I did.
