My mother rented a tiny apartment from these people and was overcharged. When she moved out she had me vac, mop, and even told the landlord that there were holes in the blinds. We had command strips on the walls as well so we wouldn't damage the walls but she still walked out with over three thousand dollars in "damages" to the apartment. On top of that, the property manager took my mother to court over this, fully aware of her desperate financial circumstances. I do not recommend this company at all!
