Great experience at this dealership. Product was fantastic. Challenges with mounting the fifth wheel on the truck due to truck height were managed and installation of additional components were completed professionally. Awesome staff as well!
I bought a truck camper in February for a great fair price . Kevin the sales guy was awesome. We were heading away for winter and they said we could pick it up 5 days before May long weekend We picked it up , took it home and unfortunately we had to call Kevin with a water leak in 4 areas I sent videos to kevin He found out the unit was sold in Oct the deal fell through so it never got winterized. STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Everyone was so nice, so helpful. They treated us so well, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Prices were reasonable, they made sure we had everything we needed without being pushy or sell us things we didn’t need. Everyone was so friendly and laidback which made our experience more relaxed. I was not expecting to have that good of a service so we were happily surprised. Thank you Schwab’s RV World!
Schwab’s customer service was kind and welcoming. They helped us with our pre-loved trailer choice and gave us tips and tricks on how to get the most out of it. They were flexible in the pick up times and were helpful in making sure we had everything ready for a successful 3 hour drive home ! Would recommend purchasing here.
Andrea was polite, fast, and I was SO grateful she was able to get my part in almost immediately. THANK YOU! Try them for parts!!
