Bought a ball valve ring from them because I noticed on the way out for our trip the toilet was not holding water. It was a Saturday and they were the only ones open. They had about 200% mark up from what you would normally pay online. I ended up not using them, because I cleaned the ring and it was fine. I went to return the $128 dollar rubber seal Yes you read that right, and was told there was a 10% restocking fee. Talked to the nickel and dime manager, and he could care less. We bought a new window for our trailer From schwabs Leduc They had order the wrong style of window We had them install the window to get Us out camping At the time the parts department Had told us there would be no charge For the reinstallation of the new window Once the new right window came in The service/part Told us the GM Advise them to charge us for their new window to be installed Needless to say very unsatisfied
We put our trailer on consignment with schwabs, and it was the best decision. Derek from the start was great and open about everything, took our trailer in immediately to get all inspections done quickly to get it out for sale on the lot. I got the best phone call from Chad that just a few things needed to be fixed for the trailer to be sold. 2 days later he informed me that the trailer was leaving that day at noon and they got what it was listed for from the start.
