Dealing with schwabs rv’s team was a great experience. I had lots of questions because that’s just the kind of person i am lol, and had a very small window to pick up my RV due to where I’m from and the road conditions at the time of year. Schwabs was incredible in the fact that they were bang on time for my pick up date (as its a 3 day drive to pick it up), and the walk through was not rushed at all, and all my questions were answered. I don't know what the issue is with this place. I call for parts, get told I'll be called back, no call. I call for finance, leave a message because they don't answer, no call back. Guess they got enough customers.

What a refreshing and excellent experience! Our fourth trailer and third 5th wheel. A dealer who stand by their customers, provide great advice and to quality service. Purchased a new travel trailer last year. It being our first trailer we were very skeptical. Lots of dealerships weren’t upfront or seemed a little off putting. Walked into Schwabs and felt we had everything we needed in one place- found our perfect keystone. The service department has continuously went above and beyond for us. **Chrissy especially has had a keen eye with pinpointing any blemishes we may have missed through our initial walk-through and has rightfully fixed them. Great team!
