How do you bill someone who is disabled if you were not N network should of never did my cleaning and the cleaning was horrible because my insurance card wasn't working and my insurance switched so since my insurance wasn't working they gave me a terrible cleaning and billed me on top of knowing they were not N network should of never did anything to o me should of just said we can't do it!
She did work on a tooth without being extremely transparent about how bad it was without giving me the option to just have it extracted. That resulted in 8 months of torturous pain. The issue moved into my gums, my face swelled 4x it's size. Finally I had it extracted by a surgeon. There is still reminisce of the issue in my gums of the issue prior to extraction which often is extremely painful and swells when irritated. The dentist that works there is good but her team members are absolutely rude as can be and nasty. DO not waste your time! Go somewhere else. They will even cook the books to charge you. Even when your policy is strictly no billing. Inwas covered through the VA and BCBS and they still find ways to charge.
