Lived here for a little bit and we love it! Maintenance people are great and Kathy is amazing too! Great community with very nice neighbors. Very reasonable rent for the quality and upkeep of the apartments and grounds. We’ve had an issue here and there that have required maintenance and everyone is always so nice and we love talking to them (no serious things just odds and ends that popped up). This has been a great first apartment. The maintenance men are great about repairing and also plowing and salting during bad weather. It’s a great location being right between Troy and Albany. It’s also in a very peaceful spot and not too expensive. I’ve recommended these apts to a couple friends.
Set an appointment to look at a 2 bedroom and the lady told me to meet her at building 21 at 12 and she never showed up. Called the office multiple times and no one answered the phone. I arrived 15 minutes before our appointment and waited 15 minutes for her to show up. Waste of time.
