An exceptional caregiver. Extremely patient and well-informed. Knowledgeable, able to explain why everything is happening whether it’s positive or negative. A wonderful HCP.
I was very excited about my appointment. During the first few minutes when I expressed my concerns and plan of action it was met with resistance from the NP. She stated what she thought my insurance would require and kept stating my concern was not going to cause me harm. I asked what the next steps would be if I were to get my insurance to approve and was still met with resistance.
