Dave was terrific to work with. He is seasoned and knowledgeable, straightforward, and an excellent, timely communicator. In this particular transaction, Dave served as a dual agent, representing both the buyer and seller. That could have been tricky, but Dave navigated the negotiation extremely well and went above and beyond to keep all parties happy throughout the process and even with touchy details post closing.
