Dave represented me on the sale of my existing home and the purchase of my new home. He handled both transactions with profesionalism and extreme compitency. Dave was terrific to work with. He is seasoned and knowledgeable, straightforward, and an excellent, timely communicator. In this particular transaction, Dave served as a dual agent, representing both the buyer and seller. That could have been tricky, but Dave navigated the negotiation extremely well and went above and beyond to keep all parties happy throughout the process and even with touchy details post closing. He took the stress out of the process and we couldn't be happier in our new home!
