I was interested in IPL because my eyes felt dry, and it was uncomfortable wearing my contacts. Dr. Schuster did an assessment of my symptoms and skin type and explained the treatment. I was worried it’d hurt but it was easier than expected, took less than an hour, and Dr. Schuster checked in with me during treatment to check how I felt and explained what he was doing. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Schuster at the Menomonee Falls clinic for several years and we have always been very pleased! The staff is professional, courteous, and efficient. The clinic is clean and equipped with state-of-the art equipment. Dr. Schuster is the most thorough eye doctor we've ever had! He explains things well and is very patient, kind, and professional. We definitely recommend Schuster Family Eyecare

Had an appointment 6 weeks ago which went fine. Paid for a contacts fitting at the appointment and was told contacts would be there in about 2 weeks. After 4 weeks with no communication I stopped in and inquired about them and was told they were never ordered but they would be expedited so I should hear from them very soon. I waited another 2 weeks and had no communication. I called and was told the contacts were there.
