Mr. Schuster is wonderful to work with - a very kind man who finds the most economical solution for his customers. The washer went kaput with a load of wash and tub full of water, and he found the lid was loose and so the switch wasn't engaging. He tightened things up & adjusted the switch, and now it is working well. No parts required, and a very reasonable service fee. Highly recommend!
WOW, What great service and courtesy. They called to let us know when they were on the way, when the part was arriving, when he would be back, etc. Cleaned everything and lubed all moving parts while he had appliance apart. Hooked up and checked everything for leaks, even the exhaust hose. Saved us money by checking other things like belts to make sure they were ok. I would recommend these folks to everyone...a 10 plus......AAA+++ Bill
