Its a ZERO star when your child refuses to go back to this hospital. The Hematologist had zero interest in taking care of our son. Refused to care for him when she had all health information readily available to her and she still refused to even speak with another doctor to consult on his case. When another ACH doc was even concerned and voiced this isnt normal and an essy fix and still refused care, there is something highly unprofessional and wrong about your hematology specialist.
