Amazing and knowledgeable staff. We drove an hour and a half thinking it would be a one time trip, but they definitely have us hooked. They let my boyfriend and I shoot a few bows that we wanted to choose between and then spent all afternoon setting them up for us and helping us get them sighted in. We couldn't be any happier with our new set ups. Thanks to all the guys that helped us, you guys do an amazing job and we'd definitely recommend you to anyone!
We went up there tonight to purchase a Chris Kyle 70# bow for my fiancé. We live almost an hour & a half away, and couldn't leave home until about 5:45, so needless to say, our visit ended well past closing. We were helped by Bryan and Luke...both were super friendly, knowledgeable, and just really awesome! You'd never know that they were taking extra time away from their families just to finish setting up a bow for us! Just don't take your crossbow in to get a new string on it. The kid that changed my string left a screw out, I took it home and fired it several times which loosened all sorts of other bolts, etc. I had to take it back 5 times and in the end, my crossbow is now permanently damaged and all the guys at Schupbach's did was tell me that my 3 year old crossbow is worn out and I need to purchase a new one! I'll stick to Gander Mountain for now on.
I don't drive an hour to go there For nothing there is no take a Number and every one knows There stuff well I love it
I moved to Indiana and would still drive the 4 hrs to have them work on my bow. I recently moved to northern MI and when needed drive three hrs for the expertise and great service. Brian, Don, Ryan and Tom are all excellent tech's and great people! Thanks guys!
Great service. Went in to get my kids set up for 4H shooting. Ended up buying 2 brand new bows due to the staff being so helpful. Vince and Roy did a great job and were very patient with my kids that had very minimal experience with archery. They gave them some great pointers and great setup to help them be successful this year. Highly recommended. You gained a customer for life today!
