Very helpful even over the phone. Knowledgeable staff and the only place I'll go from here on out for any archery needs. The local shop treated me like crap so I'm happy to give the guys at Schupbachs my business. Keep up the good work guys

Big Don busted his hump, as we busted a gut, hooking me up with my new bow. Took two visits but we finally narrowed it down to the Mathews Halon 6. Was never pushed towards any bow and was never hurried. He let me shoot a bunch so I could decide. Can't wait to get her in the woods! The staff at Schupbach's even fine tuned my fiance's bow while we were waiting. Thanks Don and crew. I'll definitely be back....
I have bought several guns here as well as a bow for my daughter. There was some confusion as to which I dominant she was and they exchanged the bow months later, no questions asked. I have also picked up many accessories for my hunting needs. The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. Best of all, they don't try to push you into more and more expensive products. I will be a customer for life.

I bought my gun here on the 10th and just took a cpl class there today and passed. I do need more practice developing good handling habbits. I'm probably going to take another one of the classes that instructer offers soon to get more experience with my gun. In all I will say I had a good experience. I just wish the class hadn't been so early in the morning. For those of us who work nights it's impossible to ajust our sleep so I ended up staying up for like 24 hours straight.
