Schumann's Meats A great butcher shop!! Everything that you want is there. They will cut your order as you wait and they have special featurred cuts. The staff is eager to wait on you and try their best to satisfy.
Excellent Selection!!! This is a great place to buy large quantities of meat, their variety and selection is unlike any other place in town. We usually go and stock up for weeks at a time. They offer a variety of beef, poultry, pork, deli meats, cheeses and some grocery items. They also have party trays available. They get very busy on the weekends so I recommend going during the week or very early on Saturday, they are closed on Sundays.
Be Careful I have freqented this butcher shop many times. On our last visit I noticed that they had a rack of Chick Tracks in the corner of the counter. Anyone that is aware of these books they are very misleading of the Catholic faith. I have written a letter and as of this date, I have no response from the owner. My assumption is that he has a hatered of the Catholic Church. If you are Catholic, you should not visit Schuman s until these are removed.
