The landlord is not friendly and u can complains on your neighbor and she won’t do anything about it because she will tell you to work it out and the time over there is at 12:00am at midnight and she said u can take a shower anytime you want before midnight but if you say go to bed early u might want to put earplugs on or music to and the police will not go out there too to help you with the complain about it
