Communication needs to improve, ordered a part for a job, never shipped it has been 24 days and no communication but they ran my card. I can’t get my money back or my part. Stay away from this company!!! I would have no problem if they would just communicate! Bikers are suppose to support one and other this company clearly does not care about their customers. I have bought and installed 5 kits on my bike and friends bikes and only problem was with one set of shocks which they replaced without problems. Will buy again!!
great price for a great kit! easy to install as long as you have some basic mechanical skills and looks awesome! much more suspention travel than i expected on my 2009 vrscaw vrod! Save your money and buy this kit if your looking to add air ride to your Rod!
I ordered this product and installed it myself. I had a missing part, to which I just got on my own because it was that bug if a deal. After the installment, I had some complications with it. I have emailed them, called and left messages. it's been almost 4 weeks now and NO RESPONSE! no one ever answers the phone or returns your call/email. very poor customer service!
I had and still do need a simple question answered about the shocks I purchased over a month ago. Multiple messages and still no response. Take your business to another air ride company like skully or dirty air..these guys are too busy to write a message back.
