Avoid at all cost. Today was the last time I will set foot in a Volvo dealer. I left service furious and no attempt was made from management to de-escalate the situation. Bad for the brand. I have purchased 4 Volvos in my time on earth and perform all services at the dealer. Also recommend countless amounts of people to the brand. I will no longer purchase a single Volvo product or recommend anyone to the brand. Stay away from this dealer and brand. Remember how much money you are losing over 250.00. My wife and I purchased a certified pre owned XC60 from Elliot. He was amazing during the entire process. From the test drives, to the negotiations, and in the days after. The customer service didn’t stop when we drove off the lot. Without going into detail we had a little complication with our trade in and the GSM Peter stepped in to help with a situation that he didn’t need to help with. My wife and I are incredibly satisfied with the car and experience.

Needed a major repair that required time given a holiday weekend and awaiting shipment of the need part replacement. The work was accomplished perfectly though it took some time. My service manager, Hansel Zepedo, was terrific. He provided a loaner and kept me informed over a 3-week period. He returned calls immediately. He initiated calls to keep up to date. He responded immediately to emails. My XC60 is my fourth Volvo from Schumacher. Because of Hansel there will be a fifth.
