I took in my 2021 VW for scheduled maintenance and an issue with the microphone that controls the Infotainment system. I was told one day, possibly two days for the service. I was informed the maintenance was completed at the end of the first day. Approximately 2 hours of labor (50K maintenance). The car was taken in at 9 AM. Destiny stone was very helpful and took time to go over the vehicle diagnostic. I totally forgot my vehicle was due for service, but Destiny scheduled the appointment for me the same day. Thank you

I brought my car in for an oil/ filter change. A few hours after the car was returned to me, the "check oil" light illuminated and I found the car to be more than a quart low. When I contacted the service department, they encouraged me to drive the car to their site for the oil to be topped off. When I reminded them that the car was low on oil and additional driving could cause significant damage to the engine, they offered me no other option to correct the problem. This is the best Volkswagen for service! Dwane is the best advisor there. I keep going back for the great way you are treated here, even though I live closer to another dealership. With that said...Treat them good and they will treat you good. Please be a good person when you come here. You will be happy you came. They are fair and there is far too few people that are these days. If you're the kind of person that likes to cause problems, go elsewhere. This is a nice place. Kathy
