This is the MOST AWEFUL VW service I've received anywhere since I got my VW! The service adviser was explicitly rude and not helpful at all. Like the customer was Him! Their phone numbers did not work for two days, I had to come to set up an appointment. I spent an hour with a receptionist who did not capture Anything, and I nad to repeat everything the next day. He was professional, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. He always returned my calls promptly and kept me informed every step of the way. I took in my 2021 VW for scheduled maintenance and an issue with the microphone that controls the Infotainment system. I was told one day, possibly two days for the service. I was informed the maintenance was completed at the end of the first day. Approximately 2 hours of labor (50K maintenance). The car was taken in at 9 AM. On the second day, approximately 3 PM, I was informed the technician was troubleshooting the microphone issue, 30 hours after dropping of the vehicle. I brought my car in for an oil/ filter change. A few hours after the car was returned to me, the "check oil" light illuminated and I found the car to be more than a quart low. When I contacted the service department, they encouraged me to drive the car to their site for the oil to be topped off. When I reminded them that the car was low on oil and additional driving could cause significant damage to the engine, they offered me no other option to correct the problem.
