I can't say enough great things about Jackie in the Service Department. She goes above and beyond to ensure customers and their vehicles have the best service experience possible. I had a tire pressure light come on during a family emergency and she supported me professionally and personally through a very difficult time. Brought my car in for a window issue. Waited 3 days for them to tell me they need to order a part. Waited over a week for the part to come in. Told it would take another 4 days to get another appointment to get it fixed. Every interaction was a result of ME reaching out and often multiple calls were required just to get answers. Long story short 2 weeks driving around with blue wrap instead of a window during Florida’s rainy season.
Sam the manager and Joel the finance manager made the deal happen!! We had a payment and vehicle in mind and got both!! Thank you so much for the service!! We are on vw #2 and will continue purchasing from you all!!
