I’ve been trying to get service for two months and can’t get them to call me back for an appointment. I just got hold of them and found out their phones and Internet have been down for two weeks and they can’t seem to get them fixed. In addition, when I finally got in last time, they told me they still couldn’t fix my car - they “ran out of time” and that I would need to come back. Coming back from a previous review; I bought a 2022 VW Taos from this location about a year and a half ago. I was the first real owner of this vehicle and drove off the lot with less than 10k miles. I was told I had free service (oil change tire rotation etc) for the first five years and my first 30k miles were covered by the manufacturer.
