I had a great experience working with LaRaina! She was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. Her customer service really stood out, and she made everything easy and stress-free. It’s hard to find people who truly care about their customers, and LaRaina definitely does. I really appreciate all of her help and would highly recommend working with her!
Mike Boden is a leader in his field. Lorainna who works with him said "He truly is the best and took me under his wing and I'm so grateful" well I am grateful too! I am writing this review with the hope that at least someone, or a few, do not make the mistake I made by trusting this company to fulfill the service they advertised. In fact, they deliberately caused the issues I am now dealing with on a daily basis. My 2021 Subaru Outback needed an oil change before a short road trip. My first interaction with this dealership's service staff as it was the first scheduled service of my new Subaru. All went well as anticipated. Continuous service rep., service scheduling went without a hitch. I'll continue updating this review in the future to better evaluate service consistency.
