Very knowledgeable!!!!
I leave 5 star reviews 95% of the time, and I am beside myself with how irritated I am with this company I can't justify anything other than a 1. I called and scheduled a visit due to having a tub in a property that is half full of water and drano. At the time they were supposed to be there, they messaged that they couldn't make it, no reason given and rescheduled me for after the weekend, meaning my tenant couldn't shower for a few more days. Nate Schumacher the owner called me the N word through a text message a few months back. Horrible way to conduct business, terrible communication, and just flat out disrespectful.
12am and we have a plugged toilet that must be open now! This guy was the ONLY place of 18 different places we called that truly provided 24/7 service! He was here in 20 min, professional, and will be my go to for plumbing needs!
