I used to love this place and have had rented a unit previously in the past and had a great experience but during my moving process the beginning of this year i returned back to hold my items in safekeeping, i was paying late and have accumulated 2 late fees in total of $30 which i called to ask about. Not happy with this company. I pay money every month to store my personal property in a DRY and safe space. However, due to lack of seal on their doors and snow on the property, the snow has melted and caused water damage inside my unit and ruined property. For some reason there is no responsibility from the company to help replace those items. Kim knew that it was a normal occurrence for water to enter the unit but FAILED to mention that to me. Had I known, I would not have given them my business.
