My wife and I recently spent time on the phone with Ashley Bauer from Shumacher Homes of Nashville, TN. She was very helpful in walking us through the process of having a semi-custom home built by Shumacher. She helped us find a base model and explained the modifications that were possible and was very transparent throughout the process. We were very impressed!
