Schumacher did a great job in helping with the decision to build a house. They really help streamline all the decision process and are very communicative the entire way. Schumacher was amazing! I cannot imagine building a house without them. From the finishes and design stage up until the end was very smooth. Communication was wonderful as they always got right back with me to answer my questions (and I had a lot). Colby Richards was wonderful to work with as he followed up and explained everything to me as I was at the house everyday as it was being built. Colby made sure everything was exactly right and gave me almost daily updates. Thank-you Schumacher!
I just had the Santa Barbara model built by Schumacher Homes. The whole process was very smooth and everyone I dealt with was very courteous and always able to answer any questions I had during the process. Colby Richards was my General Contractor and he was very easy to work with, and always returned my calls very promptly. I highly recommend Schumacher Homes to anyone wanting to build a custom built home.
