Jim Schroeder from Schumacher did such a wonderful job for us, we are so grateful! Our trampoline flew through our living room window during the last storm, shattering a window. I thought it would take weeks to get a new window, but Jim got one for me and installed it the same day I called him!!! Amazing customer service!
We had a home built by Schumacher in 2019. In 2022 our Granddaughter moved in with us and started using the bathroom by her bedroom that we rarely used. Within a couple of months, the toilet and bathtub started backing up. Since they only guarantee plumbing for 2 years, we called a plumber. The issue was that the pipes from that bathroom actually ran uphill and connected with the kitchen sink plumbing.
