Grady Billiter was the Building Supervisor on our beautiful new home by Schumacher Homes. He was professional and knowledgeable of all aspects of the home building process. Grady scheduled and completed our home within the 195 day timeframe. This is our second home that we have had built for us and by far the best building experience, everything went smoothly. An HONEST review of a Schumacher home built out of the milford ohio branch that we had built on our land. We had a good experience building our home with Schumacher. Lynn was very attentive to detail and the changes we had made were done as we asked. We've been in the house for over a year now and had a few warranty issues that were quickly addressed by Jim. We are very pleased. Schumacher built a house next to us recently and Lynn asked if he could use the outlet on our porch to run their sump pump for the new house until electricity was installed. We agreed.
