This is gonna be a long one with no spacing due to character limits but it's MY experience. It's been a year since we moved into our home & it has been an absolute nightmare since day 1!! We had to fight them to have our Realtor paid because THEY determined we "didn't need one." We started the process with the price of our home increasing over $200k in less than 6 months (Covid). Schumacher has beautiful homes, and I've read reviews that they're good quality home energy efficient. I've been several models at 3 different locations. The only thing I would recommend is better customer service at their locations.
