We had a great experience working with Jake and CHD. He was very responsive, listened to what we wanted, and translated our ideas into a design that fit our vision well. The quality of work was excellent, and the overall value was outstanding.
My wife and I worked with Andrew to add details to a plan we purchased from Custom Home Designs. Our experience was 5 star in every aspect. Excellent folks to help you through the planning to build process. There are a lot of things you don't think about when you are designing a house. They were there to help me through the process. Every person I dealt with was very friendly, helpful and always willing to solve my needs. I changed some or part of the design 3 times and they were right there with me. The PRICE?! Don't tell them, but they were SO MUCH MORE economical!
