I would give Custom Home Designs ten stars if I could. Rick Houser, the designer of my modification went above and beyond to get my dream home just the way I wanted it, then added extra design to the layout that I wasn't expecting that was awesome. Communication was great...very happy customer!
We purchased a plan through an online company and the plan needed to be revised. We were referred to CHD and a designer by the name of Rick Houser. We absolutely hit the jackpot! Rick was incredibly responsive and not only gave us a great initial plan revision, but helped us through the permitting process by making needed changes along the way. Rick simply exceeded our expectations in every way and I cannot imagine going through this process with anyone else! Thanks CHD and Rick for an awesome experience!
We had the opportunity of working with Rick H. on our home design plans.
