So our warranty is almost up with Schumacher Homes. I called and spoke to the warranty supervisor Jim Schroeder. He was amazing. I gave him a list of minor adjustments to be made before our warranty was up. Not only did Jim come to our home to look everything over but he had contacted the contractors before he even arrived. All the contractors have called me to set up an appointment by the next day!! Jim and Schumacher Homes are AMAZING!!!!

This is one of the worst home builders in the United States. Our house has construction problems from uneven floors, squeaks in floors, improper drywall install and cracks,and divets in drywall, walls pulling away from ceilings, improper install of doors and windows ,(some of our doors have leaked since day one and they never did reinstall, ( Now our woodwork inside has even rotted around the doors from leaks) poor construction of deck, and over 100 nail pops. Schumacher doesn't care about people or their pride Schumacher homes doesn't care about you, your dreams, or how well your home is built. They only care about money. They chose the products. Our windows are leaking air and water. Schumacher homes had the window rep out to put new weatherstripping and beefed up the lock. Schumacher homes told me that I needed trees in order to have their windows. We have no trees. They knew that when they came out for the site eval. Now they want to give us storm windows on a brand new house.... read more
