Schumacher does excellent work. I call them day of and even if they are busy they always sneak me in.
Years ago when replacing my tires, you all failed to tighten the lug nuts. I did not notice until driving to my office, get out and check, by then 2 had snapped off. A manager came to check, blamed me, somehow I loosened them on the way to my office? I guess for driving it was my fault, did not pay to replace the studs, I had to out of pocket that. Never would do business here again. Hope you have improved over the years.

Thomas, I apologize for that happening to you. That is not how we treat our customers. I cannot speak of that incident as I am not familiar with it but as of the last few years we try to go above and beyond to correct anything that may have been out negligence.
