I had one of their battery tenders on my motorcycle. It sent 120v house current through the bike and me when I walked by. Thankfully I was uninjured. I mailed them the charged and they said at the time they would reimburse me for my expenses fixing the bike. I never heard anything, pandemic, life, etc. I finally followed up with them and was told they will only send me a new charger. Like I want to get shocked again or something.
