I had one of their battery tenders on my motorcycle. It sent 120v house current through the bike and me when I walked by. Thankfully I was uninjured. I mailed them the charged and they said at the time they would reimburse me for my expenses fixing the bike. I never heard anything, pandemic, life, etc. I finally followed up with them and was told they will only send me a new charger. Like I want to get shocked again or something. We called today about a small electrical problem and they were able to send Randy and Lile this afternoon. They were very nice and efficient, found the problem and corrected it. We would definitely call them again.
Schumacher Electric did all the electrical work for our new house. They were amazing.
Called them yesterday and the scheduler said if he couldn't get a crew on my job sometime yesterday that he would stop by himself on his way home after work since he drives by my home on his way home , i didnt hear from him at all , no call , no stop by ,, last time i call this company again

said he would return call. He did not. Previous work was not good and could 've caused attic fire. Corrected quickly, but danger and family safety are bad issues. I do not respect the trip charge issue either. It' their problem to get to job. As a teacher I do not receive travel time or fuel for traversing 50 miles. Would rate them lower if possible...

We did have a misunderstanding as to when you wanted us to schedule your job last month which I thought was rectified, as for the travel, I stated to you if we are out in your area working already OR if we start your job at 8am, there would be no additional travel cost. Boone St. Mini Storage highly recommends Schumacher Electric to anybody. Chris and Ross are both amazing and so easy to work with and Carol in the office is always a pleasure to talk to.
