My engineered hardwood floor developed cracks in several boards in the kitchen area. After Hounding Schumacher and their associates for a year they tried unsuccessfully to provide replacement boards and I've been told no other attempts will be made to fix the issue. This company does not honor their warranty.
RecommendedI do love the job that they did on the hardwood floors. They are gorgeous! However, we had just gotten the entire inside and outside of our house painted just a few days before, so I told them to be extra careful. There are marks and scratches on the front door and walls. They were also suppose to fix/replace a small board, but didn't fix it. I brought it to their attention Monday, but haven't gotten back to me (today is Thursday night).
