Service manager refuses to honor price on internet because he doesn't know how to ma b age their own website. Has the nerve to give me an attitude over this.
Brought in 2 cars. One for GM Maintenance Contract oil change and tire rotation; the other for warranty repair and CPO oil change and tire rotation. The first car I’m not entirely sure they did the tire rotation - one of my rims has a scratch and it was in the back it still is in the back- and then asked me to pay for part of the service saying GM doesn’t cover the full cost. Issues with last service. the TPS sensors were not calibrated to which tire they were.
