We had a great experience at Schumacher Chevrolet of North Palm Beach even though we didn’t end up making a purchase. The staff was friendly, professional, and never pushy, which made the visit comfortable from start to finish. They were helpful in answering questions and gave us all the information we needed without pressure. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and respectful of our time. Even without buying, it was still a positive and easy experience, and we would consider returning in the future.
Very disappointing experience. My husband and I called ahead before driving from Miami Beach all the way to West Palm Beach Gardens to verify that a specific car part was available. Joseph personally confirmed TWICE that they had it in stock. I even made it clear that we were traveling a long distance just for this part. Just wanted to share an absolute wonderful buying experience I had thanks to John and Logan. They were fair, professional, and honest and were able to get me in the truck I wanted. It wasn’t just a salesperson being nice because they wanted to sell a car- these are just two good guys. We will be back in future for all our family needs.
I recently attempted to purchase a new Chevrolet 2500 HD from Schumacher Chevrolet of North Palm Beach and had a very disappointing experience. During my interaction with a sales representative named Rob, the conversation became argumentative and unproductive. When discussing the value of my trade-in, he attempted to include projected tax savings as part of the trade allowance. Amazing service. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and quickly helped by Jackie Cannon my service advisor. I can’t say enough about Schumacher Gmc. I’ve been very happy with purchasing my vehicle there as well as returning for scheduled maintenance. They have what it takes to run a good Dealership. Great people!
