After an incredibly disappointing experience at Mike Maroone dealership we decided to head straight to Schumacher. Should have done that in the first place. Alfredo was nothing short of professional, courteous and overall a great guy to work with. The finance manager (can't remember his name exactly) was also great. We were greeted and treated with the utmost respect. We will be doing business here again.
If I could give this location negative stars I would I have a 2024 traverse I brought my car in on Saturday around 11 because my check engine light turned on I was told the foreman didn’t have anything to do and left early so no one can look at my car I came that following Monday and was told they need my car for 3 days to diag it which is unheard of they have no loaners no enterprise vehicles so I’m suppose to be carless for 3 days, after the diag is done 3 days later that’s when they can order the part needed which might b... read more
Not a huge fan of the dealership experience but buying an Equinox Ev recently was a great experience. No heavy pressure to up sell and everyone I dealt with was low key.
