We all know it’s a pain in the ass to buy a new car or a truck or have to deal with salesman, but I bought my truck from Rob Dobies. I have leased GM vehicles since 2017, but this was my first time leasing at Schumacher North Palm. They encouraged me to trade my lease in a month early, but refused to pay for the last month of the lease. I was also a little over my miles so I asked about that as well, and the written response was, "When you get in we will do a lease return packet and that will be determined by GM, but you are getting into another GM vehicle so they might waive it. Totally up to them" I kept asking for them to at least cover the last month ... read more

I want to personally commend the team at Schumacher Chevrolet for their 'innovative' business model. They successfully replaced my faulty stereo with an identical unit that—to no one’s surprise—failed the moment the warranty expired. It takes a special kind of 'integrity' to sell a revolving door as a repair service. If you enjoy paying premium dealership prices for parts designed to self-destruct in 12 months, this is the place for you. Truly a masterclass in customer retention through repetitive failure.
