I took my truck in for a recall and while the service was slow took them 2 days to finish the truck was done I took it home and it wouldn't start. I had to tow it back Nestor made the whole experience better he got my truck back on the road after whatever was done damaged the truck. I appreciate him and hopefully one day I will come back as I sold the truck right after since I was tired of GMC issues. Thank you Schumacher GMC you made me believe in your dealership
After almost 10 years of having owned 3 Jeeps and having been very happy with them, I'm switching to another brand because I can't stand taking my car to them anymore. If you have any problems, they keep it for a week and then don't even fix it... they don't give you replacement cars. Enough.
I brought my car in on Monday for a diagnostic. I called Wednesday to follow up, but my service agent never called me back. I called again on Thursday, only to find out my car hadn’t been looked at at all. When I went to pick it up, they told me they were backed up for three days. They could have told me that on Monday when they first received the car, instead of keeping it for four days and leaving me without transportation. I ended up taking it to the Delray dealer instead.
Please anyone that really needs to get a real at Schumacher Buick GMC of west Palm Beach Florida just stop by and ask for Yafim he’ll taking care of the rest
Had an issue created by being supplied the wrong EV Charger for my Hummer EV3. Service managers James and Jared took care of it within a day. Thanks for the Great Customer Service.
