I've had some slow experiences at dealer service centers, but this one is rough. A 10am appointment to check for a recall issue and over three hours later my vehicle still hasn't even been looked at. I have a lot of patience, but after watching other customers leave for long waits and no answers, it's hard to stay patient. This is getting 2 stars because the service employees are very nice and accommodating; otherwise this would be a 1 star review.

I have a GMC Sierra pickup and I come to the service center for tire repairs, oil changes and alignment. I get an appointment promptly and the wait time is not bad at all. My service advisor, Nick Jensen, is awesome, very communicative and efficient. I have good experiences with this department in general, but I've noticed an even better experience overall with Nick as my service advisor.

I took my truck in for a recall and while the service was slow took them 2 days to finish the truck was done I took it home and it wouldn't start. I had to tow it back Nestor made the whole experience better he got my truck back on the road after whatever was done damaged the truck. I appreciate him and hopefully one day I will come back as I sold the truck right after since I was tired of GMC issues. Thank you Schumacher GMC you made me believe in your dealership

After almost 10 years of having owned 3 Jeeps and having been very happy with them, I'm switching to another brand because I can't stand taking my car to them anymore. If you have any problems, they keep it for a week and then don't even fix it... they don't give you replacement cars. Enough.

I brought my car in on Monday for a diagnostic. I called Wednesday to follow up, but my service agent never called me back. I called again on Thursday, only to find out my car hadn’t been looked at at all. When I went to pick it up, they told me they were backed up for three days. They could have told me that on Monday when they first received the car, instead of keeping it for four days and leaving me without transportation. I ended up taking it to the Delray dealer instead.
