Very disappointed with the service specially with the service manager Jymi , I booked an appointment for a recall , they meet up something in the DEF computer system and they couldn’t fix it back , and very arrogant and disrespectful told me,,, well can’t do nothing about it, take it somewhere else… ! I will never bring it back to them .. they are nice when they sell you a vehicle but when is time to fix it they do everything to not warranty the work !

If you deal with service, please try to only deal Nestor and Jimmy if you go to this dealership. Nestor and Jimmy are helpful, honest, and they always make our experience run smooth.
