Exceeded my expectations! My salesman Shak was very attentive and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with what I was being offered. Damien also went the extra mile, and made the finance process as painless as possible. Sales manager Nick personally came over and introduced himself at one point during the sales process. Brought my Escalade to Schumacher gmc for warranty service after having poor experiences at a Cadillac dealership. They took care of all my problems quickly and professionally.
Great experience with Jim at service, really helpful. After having a bad experience at another dealership. I talked to Jim about whats going on with my brand new truck and he had my truck in within 5 minutes. Will definitely be coming back to this dealership for service.
I was excited to share about my experience at Schumacher after walking out with a lease a couple of weeks ago that exceeded my expectations.
