Worst service ever, three and a half hour for oil change that was never done.
Bob in Service did an excellent job at communicating with me about my GMC truck. They diagnosed and fixed it in a timely manner and respected my time . Professional and polite service
My experience at Schumacher was exceptional. I purchased a 2026 Buick Envista Avenir. The entire process to purchasing my vehicle was seamless. My salesperson Stephen was very nice and patient. He took the time to thoroughly explain the steps and always made sure I was comfortable (offering drinks a snack). The finance manager Damien was super nice as well. I left a really lengthy review on your collision page. And every other review site you guys use. So now I’ll leave one here since I’m getting no where to warn everyone about this place. Schumacher has a hard time admitting when they did something wrong. If you go back and look at all the negative reviews and their responses it’s all excuses or asking for a phone call.
