Horrible experience from beginning to end. The finance manager Manny/Emmanuel ran my credit with the assumption that I wanted 72 months and 0 down with out even meeting him. Then he tried selling me gap insurance after I put 8k down?? He said I would need gap insurance because the insurance company would only cover 70% of market. He retracted his statement after I called him out and he said he was unaware I have full coverage which is required for financing/leasing a car. Buying a car is normally a nightmare. I dread it more than anything but I was pleasantly surprised yesterday when I visited Schumacher North Palm Beach to purchase a used car for my son. Dylan was kind and patient and from the moment he contacted me was nothing but professional. He took his time and helped explore features and everything with buying a used car. I honestly had a very bad shopping experience. They made me wait for hours until I was exhausted. The finance company rushed me to complete the purchase, only for me to later realize that they hadn't honored some discounts I had negotiated with the salesperson. I do not recommend this dealership.

I had my Chevrolet Suburban in this dealership’s service department from July 3–24, 2025. During that time, the dealership arranged a rental vehicle through Enterprise and represented that it would be provided at no cost while my vehicle was being repaired. 3 months later, I was charged $627 by Enterprise because the dealership failed to settle the rental invoice.
