My car came out exactly with the same problem that I took it in for, I had 3 weeks without a car, and should have been all cover by warranty, but either way they charged another $400 (besides what the warranty paid) a fortune for an Ac fix-NON FIXED!

The sales staff at this dealership is great. However, the service department is terrible. We have owned GMC Yukon’s for 10 years and the service department has constant turnover and gets worse by the year. They will not provide loaner cars. It usually takes 2-3 days until they look at any issue that you are having. To top that off they usually fail to fix the issue. We are faced with driving to another dealership or just buying another brand.
