Without a doubt, this has been the worst dealer / service department I’ve ever dealt with. My first experience was an oil change (with an appointment) that took four hours. They also forgot to replace the engine air filter I had requested. Instead of apologizing, the service advisor told me to change it myself. More recently, I purchased a new truck with a damaged part that I was told would be replaced on delivery day.
